Project Manager (World of Warships, PC)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join the World of Warships PC team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional Live Ops initiatives and drive the execution of IP collaborations from idea to launch.
You will work at the intersection of product development, marketing, business development, and creative teams, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and on-time delivery across multiple complex workflows.

What will you do?

• Manage the end-to-end production of Live Ops programs, including IP licenses, multiple feature projects, and thematic content
• Lead the execution of IP collaborations, aligning timelines, creative vision, and licensing requirements with both internal teams and external partners
• Maintain and improve project documentation, delivery calendars, Jira boards, and Confluence pages
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between development, art, publishing, community, and localization teams
• Own sync meetings, status tracking, risk assessments, and stakeholder updates
• Ensure timely partner approvals and full compliance with IP guidelines, legal terms, and localization constraints
• Contribute to process optimization and post-mortem analysis for continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in game development, Live Ops, or content production
• Deep understanding of cross-team workflows and production lifecycles in gaming or digital entertainment
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, OneDrive).
• Strong coordination and prioritization skills, especially in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (B2–C1 or higher)
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and the ability to spot risks before they become problems

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience working with licensed IPs, external partners, or international stakeholders
• Experience using Bitbucket as a version control and collaboration tool (Git-based workflow)
• Familiarity with PC live service games or free-to-play business models
