Publishing Management Lead
Job Summary
Job Description
The Publishing Management Lead at KRAFTON's Publishing Division 2 will be responsible for developing and executing global business strategies for assigned projects. This role involves managing project timelines, communicating with relevant departments, establishing and implementing game business plans, addressing service issues, managing KPIs and performance, defining game improvements, and leading the business team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience, a deep understanding of global game products (business, operations, development, marketing), strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. Experience with global game launches, live services across multiple genres and platforms is highly desirable.

본 포지션은 Publishing 2본부의 사업팀 리드로서, 본부에서 담당하는 프로젝트의 글로벌 사업 전략을 수립하고 실행하며 프로젝트와 팀을 운영하는 역할을 담당합니다

- 프로젝트 일정 관리 및 유관 부서 커뮤니케이션
- 게임 사업 전략/계획 수립 및 실행
- 게임 서비스 이슈 대응 및 지표/성과 관리
- 게임 개선사항 정의 및 액션 아이템 도출
- 사업팀 조직 운영

- 8년 이상의 프로젝트 관리 및 실행 경험
- 사업/서비스 전략 수립 및 실행 경험
- 사업, 운영, 개발, 마케팅 등 글로벌 게임 프로덕트 전반에 대한 깊은 이해
- 전략적 사고 능력과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
