Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator schedules interviews between candidates and the recruiting team, ensuring timely communication and candidate preparedness. Responsibilities include coordinating college recruiting efforts (scheduling fairs, coordinating employee participation, handling logistics, and attending events), creating and posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate databases, leading referral bonus communication, reviewing resumes, conducting high-volume phone screenings, working on branding/advertising projects, following up with candidates, and performing administrative duties related to hiring and onboarding. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Job Description

Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling interviews between candidates and the recruiting team in the US. They will confirm all interviews and ensure candidates are fully prepared. They will conduct prescreens as necessary and assist in sourcing candidates when the pipeline is low.  

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews to the recruiting team’s calendar.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Assist with college recruiting, schedule fairs, coordinate internal employees’ participation, and handle logistics and attend events.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and the Evolution website.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Lead communication effort to advertise company referral bonus to internal employees.
  • Review CVs/resumes to qualify candidates for further screening.
  • Conduct a high volume of candidate phone screenings when necessary.
  • Work on special projects related to branding and advertising Evolution.
  • Follow up with potential candidates who require additional information.
  • Perform administrative duties necessary to hire and onboard candidates.
  • Updating the internal systems
  • Track progress of work towards specified KPIs
  • Communicate effectively via various channels, demonstrating active listening and presenting clear and concise messaging.
  • To take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment team.
  • To push forward attraction and talent selection concepts
  • Perform at optimal level of efficiency in order to meet business needs.
  • Take responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hours.

Qualifications

  • Natural talent of sales or experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • High energy, positive mindset
  • Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to guide the candidates through the job offer
  • Ability to boost candidates’ interest in the job
  • Ability to work full time (office hours)
