Accor is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves optimizing revenue strategies and supporting the financial performance of a cluster of 7 hotels. Responsibilities include daily pricing and inventory management, analyzing market trends, developing revenue strategies, evaluating group inquiries, maximizing room revenues and RevPAR, preparing forecasts and budgets, participating in revenue meetings, analyzing performance reports, and monitoring competitive pricing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, previous revenue-focused experience in hospitality, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS, along with multi-property experience, is advantageous. Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and reporting to Cluster Director of Revenue.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our revenue strategies and supporting the overall financial performance of our cluster of 7 hotels namely Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residence, Novotel & Ibis Creekside

Dubai, Novotel Suites and Ibis Mall Avenue, Ibis Al Rigga.

  • Assist in daily pricing and inventory management for multiple properties
  • Analyze market trends and demand patterns to develop short, medium, and long-term revenue strategies
  • Support the evaluation of group inquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategies
  • Contribute to maximizing room revenues and RevPAR, aiming to achieve RGI targets
  • Assist in preparing room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with General Managers and the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Participate in Revenue Meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize results
  • Support the preparation and analysis of End of Month performance reports
  • Collaborate with Revenue Manager, General Manager, Director of  Sales & Marketing to maximize revenue across of the hotel
  • Monitor competitive set pricing and market conditions to recommend strategic adjustments
  • Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a revenue-focused role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting performance targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence key stakeholders remotely
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is advantageous
  • Multi-property experience is a plus
