The role requires strategic thinking to balance regional and local needs, strong communication, and collaboration with various teams, including leadership, sales, business operations, measurement, and content. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep knowledge of the TV, digital video, and streaming landscape, specifically in EMEA advertising markets.

Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

You will be responsible for delivering ad revenue growth for the ad-supported tier of Disney+ in EMEA. Launched in November 2023 and now live in 12 EMEA markets. This role is critical to the next stage of growth and will be the owner of sales enablement, advertiser growth strategies, creation of sales materials, lead key product initiatives and education. Utilising a deep industry knowledge of TV and digital video, you will support, learn from, guide, educate, and collaborate with local in-market sales teams throughout EMEA.

This is a new and highly visible role acting as a critical conduit between Leadership, Sales, Business Operations, Measurement and Content. This role will require strategic thinking to balance regional, local, and customer needs through clear communication, structured process creation, partnership, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

  • Create sales collateral with consistent narrative, visuals, and messaging. Pre-empt the need for new materials by regular collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional leads to understand customer needs and priorities.

  • Develop and schedule client facing communications for product and content updates.

  • Support local sales teams with best practice, training, and product education.

  • Define and standardise consistent tone, look, and feel to assets across the region.

  • Create and update templates for presentations, reports, and promotional material.

  • Program manage new product go-to-market capabilities for sponsorship, measurement, and targeting. Including packaging new sponsorship opportunities, pricing, tracking availability, and unlocking new integrated capabilities.

  • Evolve, manage, and promote internal repository of sales collateral, process documents, and training material.

  • Set strategy for pan-regional agency, advertiser, and category growth.

  • Manage vendors involved in production of material.

  • Be the subject matter expert on industry developments and competitor insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in sales development, media planning or sales within the streaming industry.

  • Deep knowledge of the linear, BVOD, AVOD, ad-tech and streaming landscape.

  • Knowledge of key EMEA advertising markets.

  • Experience working cross-functionally at multiple levels of an organisation.

  • A passion for streaming.

  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity who thrives on ownership and accountability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Stakeholder management. A natural collaborator, comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback.

  • High attention to detail and able to deliver projects on time.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to create recommendations from complex data.
