Logitech seeks a Head of Amazon, US to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive profitable growth and revenue extension, and build strong partnerships. This role involves creating and owning the Amazon strategy, representing Logitech to senior executives, leading joint strategic account planning, forecasting, reporting, and achieving assigned targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail and Amazon experience, strong leadership and collaboration skills, financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role includes managing a team of sales and marketing leaders, driving strategy, identifying cross & up-selling opportunities, and validating customer needs. The position is remote, preferably based in Seattle or the Bay Area, and offers a competitive compensation package.

Reporting to the Head of the North America Region, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team, setting strategy to drive profitable growth and revenue extension, creating strong partnerships with selling partners, exploring new and emerging business models, running day-to-day operations, and delivering innovation to improve the customer experience. In addition, we work globally, so a lean-in understanding and partnership with other countries and regions is very important.

You are a passionate driver and empathetic leader and doer who loves to innovate. You will use your inspirational leadership to provide hands-on leadership, coaching and mentorship to ensure business alignment, development and growth for your team. In partnership with other leaders, you will enable your team by implementing a clear and repeatable framework around training, coaching, and sales development, and accountability. 

Location: We proudly support remote work however for this role, you reside in the United States, preferably in Seattle, Washington or in the Bay area of California.

  • Create, drive and own the Amazon strategy, mapping regional priorities and driving the execution forward and creating opportunities for our customers.

  • Represent Logitech when meeting with senior executive teams - customers, vendors, partners as well as all team members. 

  • Accountable for the performance of a team of sales and marketing leaders who are focused on assigned targets within the region and team

  • Lead joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

  • Responsible for forecasting, reporting, account planning, customer satisfaction in the US customer landscape.

  • Set up a quarterly key metrics activity plan as well as an execution plan.

  • Achieve assigned targets against strategic objectives (revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, trend analysis, financial planning and digital marketing).

  • Contribute to business management across channels and improvement.

  • Validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Drive strategy and ensure the teams understand the end-to-end strategy and identify cross & up-selling opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Positive and pragmatic business manager with extensive experience in retail and preferably Amazon.

  • Proven ability managing strategic issues and challenges in complex multi-functional matrix organizations to drive development and results.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and cross-organisational collaboration skills, executive maturity, and presence to exert influence and impact with senior leaders. 

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, highly motivated, and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals.

  • Experience in direct people management, ability to recruit, motivate, enable, and develop talent across the region

  • Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigor

  • Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with customers.

  • Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers.

  • A working knowledge of industry practices, competitive products and research data

  • Understand market trends, assumptions and practices and policies

  • High degree of persistence and follow-through.

  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.

This position offers an OTE (base+variable bonus) of typically between $ 195K and $ 457K dependent on location and experience.  In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
