Job Description

As an SAP Sales Cloud CX Senior Consultant at Nagarro, you'll contribute to business development, pre-sales, and sales for the SAP Sales Cloud within the SAP CX portfolio. Responsibilities include creating best practice content, positioning SAP Sales Cloud in customer events and webinars, conducting workshops and demos, planning and executing implementation projects (process/requirements/architecture/integration/data migration workshops), configuring SAP Sales Cloud, and managing teams and projects. You'll work directly with clients and partners, leveraging your expertise in sales processes, business process analysis, data migration, and SAP Sales Cloud configuration (including sales orders and pricing). Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales & Service integration is also crucial.
Must have:
  • 7+ years SAP Sales Cloud implementation experience
  • SAP CX portfolio expertise
  • Strong sales process knowledge
  • Business process analysis skills
  • Team and project management (waterfall & agile)
  • Excellent communication (German & English)
Good to have:

Job Description

Support in the area of business development, pre-sales, sales for the SAP Sales Cloud as part of the SAP CX portfolio:

  • Creation of best practice content.
  • Positioning of the SAP Sales Cloud as part of customer events and webinars.
  • Preparation and implementation of workshops and demos of the SAP Sales Cloud.
  • Planning and execution of implementation projects as Process and requirements workshops, architecture workshops, integration workshops and data migration workshops, concept development for implementation.
  • Configuration of the SAP Sales Cloud.
  • Management of teams and projects. 

Qualifications

  • Degree in a business administration, preferably with technical specialization. Alternatively, a technical degree with business specialization or business informatics or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in sales.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Experience in positioning the SAP Sales Cloud in the context of the SAP CX portfolio Professional.
  • Sound sales process knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze and understand business processes - Experience in planning and conducting process and requirements workshops for sales.
  • Experience in planning and conducting data migration workshops and in creating solution concepts.
  • Very good knowledge of business configuration and extensibility options in SAP Sales Cloud including sales orders and pricing.
  • Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Service including integration with SAP Sales Cloud and groupware and Teams integration.
  • Very good experience in managing teams and projects (waterfall and agile).
  • Very good experience in working directly with customers and partners in projects and with intercultural teams Soft skills (abilities, character traits, social skills).
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
