Job Description & Summary:

Responsibilities:

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Use tools like Azure DevOps/VSTS to validate requirements, deploy, and troubleshoot deployments in stage and production environments.
  • Work with code management tools such as GitHub and demonstrate knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tooling and deployments.
  • Manage resources and secrets using Entra ID; experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Implement containerization solutions using Docker.
  • Create scripts using Linux shell or PowerShell to automate processes.
  • Analyze and write queries in Datadog to understand returned data.
  • Communicate effectively to drive continuous performance improvements with stakeholders, vendors, and technology specialists.
  • Establish secure and high-performing data platforms; maintain stage and production environments.
  • Develop proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities across the platform.
  • Review and enhance system health and capacity.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Knowledge of development languages such as Java, PHP, or Python, and database technologies such as GraphQL, MS-SQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in configuration management with tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Salt.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM.
