Senior Business Analyst, Dynamics 365

Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our dynamic product implementation team. You will collaborate with multiple work streams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Conduct requirements analysis, draft tasks for system modifications, and oversee execution timelines and quality
• Document and communicate findings effectively
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Support all phases of the product development lifecycle
• Configure systems to match customer business processes
• Provide user consultation and training
• Create comprehensive documentation for system users.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality, capabilities, and limitations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a must
• Proficiency in business process analysis methodologies
• Strong skills in functional decomposition
• Experience in the Corporate Finance sector
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage all project aspects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher), Ukrainian - fluent
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with data migration and integration processes in ERP systems
• Ability to lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
