Job Description
As a Senior Unreal Developer at BKOM Studios, you will be designing and implementing robust architecture solutions for Unreal projects. You will also develop and integrate gameplay features, create and maintain tools and pipelines, optimize and debug code, and ensure cross-platform compatibility. You will work closely with designers and artists. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends related to Unreal Engine and game development.
Must have:
- 10+ years of experience in game programming.
- 7+ years in Unreal Engine experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Willingness to work in various domains.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Perforce).
Good to have:
- Experience in cross-platform development.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of C# programming and Unity.

Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust and scalable architecture solutions for Unreal projects;
- Develop and integrate gameplay features, working closely with designers and artists;
- Create and maintain tools and pipelines (level editors, animation tools, asset pre-processing/post-processing, etc.) to improve team efficiency;
- Optimize and debug code to ensure game stability and performance on various platforms;
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and manage porting tasks;
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends related to Unreal Engine and game development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in game programming, with a minimum of 7 years in Unreal Engine;
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints, with a solid understanding of software architecture and gameplay;
- You see AI as an essential tool to push boundaries and focus on what matters: content, not container;
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
- Willingness to work in various domains (architecture, gameplay, tools);
- Familiarity with version control systems (Perforce);
- Experience in cross-platform development and porting (a strong asset);
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (an asset);
- Knowledge of C# programming and Unity (an asset).
