**Qualifications**

  1. Exceptional Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with an ability to craft compelling narratives and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  2. Organizational Prowess: A proven track record of managing multiple tasks seamlessly, showcasing remarkable organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Keen Eye for Detail: An unwavering commitment to precision, even in high-pressure situations, ensuring accuracy in all endeavors.
  4. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in utilizing Google Suite, CapCut, Canva, and other related design softwares, showcasing your technological adaptability.
  5. Social Media Acumen: Prior experience in social media or marketing, equipping you with insights into the industry’s dynamics and strategies. 
  6. Legal Work Authorization: A valid US work authorization.
  7. Creative Presentation Skills: The ability to craft various types of captivating decks to visually communicate social media concepts effectively.
  8. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to trends and changes in the social media landscape.
  9. Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage multiple social media accounts and schedule posts effectively.
  10. Savvy Social Media Insight: A comprehensive understanding of diverse social networks, showcasing your ability to navigate and leverage them strategically for postings.
  11. Enthusiastic Social Passion: A genuine passion for the social media and creative industry with an eagerness to learn and apply its best practices in a real-world setting.
  12. Fashion Industry Insights: Understanding and interest in the fashion industry, must be familiar with editorial practices or willingness to learn.
  13. **MUST be eligible to receive school credit for this position. This is an unpaid position.**


**Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and Schedule Content: Create engaging posts tailored to the VOIX’s and VX Media’s voice and target audience for both Instagram pages.
  2. Design Graphics and Visuals: Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software to create eye-catching graphics, images, and videos. Ensure the visuals align with our aesthetic and guidelines.
  3. Write Captions and Copy: Craft compelling and engaging captions that complement visuals and encouragement engagement. 
  4. Edit and Proofread Content: Review content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with VOIX’s voice before publishing.
  5. Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing and refining the content strategy for both platforms based on industry trends and performance date. Contribute content ideas.
  6. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with our PR Team and Creative Strategist(s) to ensure cohesion and execution of content posting.
  7. Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in conversations to foster a sense of community.
  8. Analytics Tracking: Monitor social media metrics to assess post performance, gather insights, and make data-driven improvements.
  9. Trend Identification: Keep an eye on current trends, hashtags, and relevant topics to incorporate into social media strategy.
  10. Research: Conduct research to identify potential influencers, partners, or opportunities for collaboration, as well as research into fashion industry specific knowledge.
  11. Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide assistance with social media-related tasks as needed to support overall marketing efforts.
