**Responsibilities**
- Develop and Schedule Content: Create engaging posts tailored to the VOIX’s and VX Media’s voice and target audience for both Instagram pages.
- Design Graphics and Visuals: Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software to create eye-catching graphics, images, and videos. Ensure the visuals align with our aesthetic and guidelines.
- Write Captions and Copy: Craft compelling and engaging captions that complement visuals and encouragement engagement.
- Edit and Proofread Content: Review content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with VOIX’s voice before publishing.
- Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing and refining the content strategy for both platforms based on industry trends and performance date. Contribute content ideas.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with our PR Team and Creative Strategist(s) to ensure cohesion and execution of content posting.
- Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in conversations to foster a sense of community.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor social media metrics to assess post performance, gather insights, and make data-driven improvements.
- Trend Identification: Keep an eye on current trends, hashtags, and relevant topics to incorporate into social media strategy.
- Research: Conduct research to identify potential influencers, partners, or opportunities for collaboration, as well as research into fashion industry specific knowledge.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide assistance with social media-related tasks as needed to support overall marketing efforts.
