Salary: $80,000 - $120,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You will be responsible for tackling complex technical challenges, and scaling products from the ground up, all while developing deep business and domain knowledge across our products. This person needs to be a natural born leader, someone who is a tone setter and can provide proactive business solutions through the use of technology and a positive mindset around tackling the business challenges at hand

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4+ years of proven experience in software engineering, specifically within Java, Ruby on Rails, or Kotlin highly preferred.
• You are a team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• You are able to think creatively and use technology to solve real business challenges.
• You have strong communication skills and are able to engage beyond code with other team members to align with business goals.
• You are comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving needs.
• You are willing to listen, learn, and work toward common goals with humility and flexibility.

• Write, test, and ship high-quality code, contributing to the creation of digital products that will change lives
• Develop software solutions that are both scalable and maintainable, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Focus on writing thorough integration tests and documentation, ensuring solutions are well-tested and shareable
• Constantly grow in your understanding of the Consumer Products Space, applying business knowledge when designing technical solutions
