Software Program Manager - ADAS (m/f/d)

Lead a highly technically skilled software team, in charge for the development of Radar SDK on NXP cutting edge radar platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the automotive radar systems, based on the NXP cutting edge technology.

Responsibility of the role will include the software and system development through the CE/CI/CD phases meeting the project targets of: schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality throughout the full systems development life cycle.

This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time delivery.

The Senior Program Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost in order to maximize the value to the customer

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously

• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project

• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team

Qualifications:

• Excellent and proven experience in system/software Project management.
  Advantage: SAFe/Agile practitioner

• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations

• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance

• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management

• Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in appropriate field of study

• 10+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects

• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs

• Advantage: Experience in the automotive Radar project management

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
