Job Description

The Sr. Customer Adoption Manager is a key role within our services organization. You will work closely with Coupa Customers globally to increase adoption, maximize value & drive best practices, ensuring our customers get the greatest value from their Coupa platform. Responsibilities include: * Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption * Manage the CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management practices while developing solutions to business problems * Take ownership of your customer’s continued success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platform * Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. Continually drive customers toward their strategic goal * Partner with customers to solve business challenges while improving the adoption of the Coupa Platform * Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
Must have:
  • Consulting experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Technical capacity to dive into the product configuration
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
  • Experience with Software as a Service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Full fluency in German and English is a key requirement for this role

What you will do:

    • Develop standard processes within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption
    • Manage the CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management practices while developing solutions to business problems
    • Take ownership of your customer’s continued success by ensuring accurate adoption of the platform
    • Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. Continually drive customers toward their strategic goal
    • Partner with customers to solve business challenges while improving the adoption of the Coupa Platform
    • Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs

What you will bring to Coupa:

    • Consulting experience, managing multiple projects with multiple customers at one time
    • Fluency in German and English both written and spoken is required
    • Technical capacity to dive into the product configuration and help customers understand the capability and flexibility of the platform
    • Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts Payable.
    • Experience with Software as a Service is a must
    • Good background in customer/client management
    • Strong communication skills, including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers
    • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
