Paytm, a leading mobile payments and financial services company in India, is seeking a Team Lead for Field Sales in Patna. The role involves selling products or services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from lead outreach to purchase. Key responsibilities include driving sales, understanding distribution concepts, and ensuring team incentive earnings. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, team handling, and possess good market knowledge and proficiency in sales data tools.
Must have:
- Smartphone, bike, and helmet
- Zeal for growth
- Good market knowledge
- Prior channel sales experience
- Handled a sales team of 5 members
- Understand distribution and expansion concepts
Good to have:
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handling experience
- Good in Excel & data tools

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
