Team Lead Financial Accounting (all gender)

##### Your Responsibilities

To support our finance department, we are looking for a Team Lead Financial Accounting (all gender) in full-time for our Cologne location, starting immediately.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership and coordination of the financial accounting team, and the associated responsibility for proper, timely, and audit-proof bookkeeping according to HGB.
• Building and scaling accounting processes with regard to future group structures.
• Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments on overarching topics.
• Coordination and implementation of monthly closings.
• Independent preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Responsibility for tax declarations such as VAT, 50a, 13b, ZM.
• Support for liquidity planning in close cooperation with controlling.
• Coordination and implementation of special accounting topics and project work, such as system introductions.

##### Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training with further education as a balance sheet accountant.
• Experience in a comparable lead function is desirable.
• Proficiency in HGB (German Commercial Code) accounting.
• Profound knowledge of tax law, especially HGB, EstG, KStG.
• High communication competence and leadership sensitivity.
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working.
• Analytical thinking and a high degree of diligence and reliability.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team through change processes.
• Strong technical understanding of (digital) accounting processes, workflows, and automated interfaces.

Since 2012, btf (bildundtonfabrik) has been an independent production company for fiction, show, documentary, games, and advertising. From the initial idea to the screenplay, post-production, and visual FX, we produce everything completely in-house. At our location in Cologne-Ehrenfeld and the associated Studio König, and in our Games Department in Berlin-Kreuzberg, award-winning shows, series, films, documentaries, video games, and advertising for an international audience are created.
