Objetivo del puesto: Atender llamadas inbound y generar llamadas outbound tanto de nuestros usuarios como de no usuarios. Dar atención oportuna a los requerimientos recibidos por medio de correo, formularios de páginas web y redes sociales.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:

• Realizar llamada salientes: Contactar a clientes potenciales y existentes para promocionar los materiales para la enseñanza del Idioma de Inglés y francés, responder preguntas y resolver dudas.
• Identificar oportunidades de ventas: Evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas, buscando siempre cerrar ventas.
• Registrar información en CRM: Mantener registros detallados de las interacciones con los clientes, incluyendo datos de contacto, preferencias y resultados de las llamadas.
• Seguir scripts: Utilizar guiones predefinidos para asegurar la consistencia y efectividad en las llamadas adaptándolos según sea necesario.
• Apoyo en campañas de Eventos con la invitación y confirmación de los asistentes
• Verificación de la calidad de información contenida en el CRM
• Proporcionar retroalimentación: Informar al área sobre las tendencias observadas, las respuestas de los clientes y sugerir mejoras en la estrategia de Telemarketing.
• Capacitación continua: Participar en programas de formación y desarrollo para mejorar habilidades de comunicación y ventas.

Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos

Esenciales/Excluyentes:

• 1 año mínimo de experiencia en ventas telefónicas o atención al cliente
• Manejo de MS Office
• Excelente ortografía y redacción
• Manejo de CRM
• Excelente servicio al cliente
• Trabajo en equipo
• Adaptabilidad
• Que vive en CDMX y/o área Metropolitana

Deseables/No excluyentes:

• Conocimiento de inglés (nivel Intermedio)
• Experiencia en el sector editorial.
• Conocimiento del sector de enseñanza de idioma inglés.
