1. Participate in the implementation of game product operation plans for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions, assisting in the configuration of version-oriented content;
2. Responsible for the configuration and analysis of Traditional Chinese user questionnaires, providing valuable information for product research and development and distribution;
3. Responsible for distributing customer complaints in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions, liaising with the customer service team and other departments, and overseeing the overall quality of customer complaints;
4. Responsible for distributing and accepting Traditional Chinese localization requirements, and following up on the entire Traditional Chinese LQA process.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, long-term internship for more than 3 months preferred;
2. Aiming to work in the gaming industry, familiar with ACG culture, rich experience in multi-platform games preferred;
3. Understand the gaming market and players in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, proficient in reading and using Traditional Chinese preferred;
4. Sincere and down-to-earth, proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS preferred.
