Job Summary
Job Description
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding mobile gaming industry trends, collaborating with game designers to conceptualize UI/UX, creating wireframes and prototypes, analyzing user data, communicating with the art team for asset creation, and improving the UI production pipeline. They will also conduct UX research via playtest sessions and surveys to validate usability. This role requires a deep understanding of user interface design and user experience principles, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The designer must have experience in mobile gaming, including creating UI assets and improving pipelines.
Must have:
- Understand mobile gaming industry trends and UI/UX aesthetics.
- Collaborate with game designers on UI/UX and its consistency.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Analyze user data to improve UI engagement.
- Communicate with art team to create UI assets.
- Improve UI production pipeline and processes.
- Design and conduct UX research via playtests and surveys.

Job Details
- Understand mobile gaming industry trends and their choices of UI/UX aesthetics and conventions
- Collaborate with game designers to conceptualize the UI/UX and ensure its consistency with game design (templates, assets, UI style guides, etc)
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Learn insights from user data to improve the visual quality and engagement of user interfaces
- Frequent communication with the PH art team to create production UI assets across multiple titles using draw-overs and examples
- Help improve our UI production pipeline and process to deliver key milestones effectively (specifications, optimizations, wikis, guides, etc)
- Design and conduct UX research via playtest sessions & surveys to validate the usability of new and existing features or designs
