As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with global B2B customers. Your primary focus will be on optimizing customer performance and ensuring the successful delivery and placement of our games, with a strong emphasis on achieving high customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement advertising campaigns in collaboration with your clients, contributing significantly to growth strategy development. Additionally, you will support the preparation of market reports and analyses, work interdisciplinarily, and participate in customer events, trade fairs, and sponsoring activities. A solid understanding of KPI-based account management is essential.
