As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include building strong and lasting business relationships with our global B2B clients, optimizing customer performance, and ensuring the successful delivery and placement of our games. You will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional campaigns in collaboration with your clients. You will also contribute to the development of growth strategies, support the creation of market reports and analyses, and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment. Furthermore, you will participate in customer events, trade shows, and sponsorship events. KPI-based account management is familiar to you. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM, VIP or Casino management and should be adaptable, communicative, and willing to travel for industry events and client meetings.
