As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong B2B relationships with global clients, focusing on optimizing customer performance and ensuring successful game delivery. You will prioritize customer satisfaction, develop and execute promotional campaigns, and contribute to growth strategies. Additionally, you'll support market reports, participate in industry events, and manage accounts based on KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM or casino management, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be willing to travel. Remote work is possible, ideally based in Malta or near Berlin. This role requires being a team player with strong interpersonal skills and self-organization within a hybrid, collaborative work model.
