Account Manager

Onward Search is looking for a Advertising Account Manager for a popular Advertising Agency specializing in Manufacturing clients! 

This is a hybrid contract to hire opportunity in Smithtown, NY. (NO FLEX)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Manage project logistics—schedules, budgets, outside resources, talent, and approvals—with precision and accuracy.
• Anticipate client and team needs, offering smart, effective solutions to stay ahead.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with day-to-day client contacts.
• Lead client status meetings and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, assign tasks, and deliver results.
• Oversee small- and mid-sized projects independently, guiding both clients and internal teams.
• Handle project briefs, coordinate teams and vendors, enforce deadlines, and manage invoicing.
• Develop presentations and proposals (project estimates), facilitate brainstorming sessions, and keep clients informed via detailed reporting and meeting notes.
• Provide insights on competitive and business landscapes to elevate our work.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support agency initiatives.
• Paid Media Advertising experience

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
