Blue Print Out is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their Dallas, TX office. The role involves supporting daily office functions, maintaining efficient operations, and assisting with administrative processes across multiple departments. Responsibilities include providing general administrative and clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating appointments, preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. The assistant will also maintain office supplies, assist with travel arrangements and expense reports, handle communications professionally, and support team members with ad-hoc tasks.
Must have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office functions, maintaining efficient operations, and assisting with administrative processes across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally

  • Support team members and departments with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
