Job Description

Senior technical expert responsible for architectural decisions, technical direction, and mentoring development teams in building robust agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design technical architecture for multi-agent systems
• Lead technical decision-making and code reviews
• Mentor junior developers on agentic design patterns
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
• Implement fault-tolerant autonomous systems
• Design agent communication protocols
• Establish testing frameworks for non-deterministic systems

Technical Skills Required

• Expert Python (5+ years), TypeScript (3+ years), Go (2+ years)
• LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen mastery
• Microservices and distributed systems
• AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI Services
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Security implementation and performance optimization

Experience Level

8-12 years software development

3-5 years AI/ML systems

2+ years agentic AI experience

• Deliver 99.9% system uptime
