The purpose of this role is to drive and oversee the delivery of the assigned projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Associate Director to serve as the vital liaison between our media activation teams (SEM, Mobile App, Digital & Programmatic, Social) and the creative department. You will ensure seamless communication, project clarity, and efficient workflow for all digital asset-related initiatives. You will possess a general understanding of media, outstanding project management skills, and a collaborative spirit to drive successful campaign execution. You will report to the VP, Digital Investment.

This is a remote role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 1 day a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the end-to-end management of creative hand off process from kick-off with creative agency through delivery.
  • You will act as the central point of contact between media and creative teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to align on creative deliverables and expectations.
  • You will proactively flag upcoming needs or gaps in creative and facilitate the resolution process in partnership with media and creative leads.
  • You will participate in cross-functional meetings and status calls, representing the creative timeline and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • You will help educate creative teams on nuances of media placements, and vice versa, to foster better collaboration.
  • You will own the creative handoff guideline document (co-managed with the creative team) and work with the internal channel teams to ensure inputs are accurate and up to date.
  • You will collaborate with internal media channel teams on timely creative asset delivery and act as the first line of QA once assets are received.
  • You will provide clear guidelines to internal channel teams on creative rotations and flighting.
  • You will maintain a library of standard creative specs that spans across channels & formats, inclusive of any market nuances.
  • You will foster a close relationship with Analytics team and partner with them on any creative-centric measurement plans.
  • You will stay on top of the latest creative offerings across key media partners (e.g., social media platforms) and proactively engage the channel teams on POVs/ relevant opportunities that could enhance our media activations.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years background on creative project management within an agency or in-house creative environment
  • Solid understanding of individual media channels (Display, OLV, Social, Mobile App) and in-depth knowledge on their respective creative nuances
  • Experience working across multiple digital channels — SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, App Media preferred
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including how creative assets vary by platform.
  • Proficiency with file sharing/collaboration management software (e.g., SharePoint, Lucid, Figma, etc.)

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
