We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting financial record-keeping, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have experience working with NetSuite and a strong background in bookkeeping for a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:

●       General Ledger & Reporting - Maintain accurate general ledger records and generate financial reports as needed.

●       Accounts Payable & Expense Management - Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts payable transactions.

●       Accounts Receivable & Billing - Handle customer invoicing, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments.

●       Bank Reconciliations & Cash Management - Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow transactions.

●       Month-End & Year-End Close - Assist with financial close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

●       Compliance & Tax Support - Assist with VAT reporting, tax filings, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

●       Ad-hoc - Assist with daily and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

●       Certified bookkeeper type 2/3

●       5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the Hi-Tech industry.

●       Proficiency in NetSuite is a must.

●       Advanced Excel skills.

●       Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

●       Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

●       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

●       Experience with financial software tools is an advantage (i.e. Expensify, Dokka, Virtual credit cards, etc.).

●       Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
