Job Summary
Job Description
The Content Creation Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing effective two-way communication strategies for social media platforms. This includes managing content calendars, posting, moderating, and monitoring social media activity on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Line, and website/EDM. They will collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience, generate creative content ideas, and manage a busy workload while adhering to deadlines. Additionally, the specialist will ensure content aligns with company or client needs and follows the in-house style guide. Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices is also required. Bilingual or multilingual fluency is a plus.
Must have:
- Plan and support writing effective social media communication.
- Manage social media operations (posting, moderating).
- Ensure content meets company/client needs and follows the style guide.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team.
- Be creative and agile with good communication.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
Good to have:
- Creative idea skill to create mockups.
- Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Key accountabilities:
- Content calendar planning and support to write the effective 2-way communication for social media
- Social media and Facebook operation (eg. Set timing of calendar, Posting), moderating and monitoring, Admin's role.
- Ensure that content meets the company or client's needs and follows our in-house style guide.
- Work with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind.
- Manage a busy workload according to deadline.
- Be creative and agile with a good communication.
- Well know and up to date the digital's trend, social's trends and mass Thai's marketing trend.
- Good knowledge and understanding to use of Social Network via the Meta / Tiktok / YouTube / X / LinkedIn / Line / Website / EDM and more social media and online platforms.
- Creative idea skill is plus to create the mockup idea to brief with designer.
- Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices.
- Bilingual or multilingual fluency communication is a plus.
