We are currently seeking a Creative Operations Project Manager for a prominent streaming service client. This hybrid opportunity is based in New York, NY, and will run through February 2026, providing a chance to play a pivotal role in managing global title campaigns.

As a Creative Operations Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of campaign and asset production, ensuring creative assets are delivered on time and meet the needs of all markets. Working closely with internal teams and external resources, you’ll manage timelines, track progress, troubleshoot risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. If you’re an experienced project manager with a passion for creative campaigns, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage global campaign and asset production from planning to post-launch wrap-up.
  • Organize and distribute key project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress using project management software to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to align creative execution with campaign objectives.
  • Assess and refine project briefs and plans to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular campaign status updates, addressing risks and escalating issues when needed.
  • Work with the Asset Management and Localization teams to ensure asset availability for all markets.
  • Coordinate with International Creative Teams to guarantee timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Manage vendor paperwork, including NDAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and invoices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, ideally within the media, entertainment, or digital marketing sectors.
  • Strong background in video, photography, print/OOH, digital display, rich media, email, or website design projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Experience with project management tools and creative workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management applications.

Note: To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment length must be at least 10 weeks.
