The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day projects, timelines, and vendor communications within the Flow Studio. This role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and external partners to support a wide range of studio initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a creative but structured environment. They will ensure creative work is completed with clarity, speed, and consistency. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Must have:
- 4-6 years of experience in project coordination or creative operations.
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and follow-through.
- Experience in creative projects like merchandise or marketing campaigns.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams and personalities.
- Confidence using project management tools and adapting to new systems.
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach to fast-paced work.

We’re looking for a Lead Project Manager to help keep our studio running smoothly. This person will play a key role in managing day-to-day projects, timelines, and vendor communications—ensuring creative work gets done with clarity, speed, and consistency. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and external partners to support a wide range of studio initiatives.This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a creative but structured environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help intake and prioritize project requests from across the organization.
- Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external vendors to keep work moving.
- Track deliverables and budgets to help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain organization across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems that improve team efficiency.
Ideal Background:
- 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, production, or creative operations—ideally within a creative or brand environment.
- A strong sense of organization, accountability, and follow-through.
- Experience working on creative projects such as merchandise, photography, content, or marketing campaigns.
- Ability to communicate clearly with different types of teams and personalities.
- Confidence using project management tools (like Asana, Airtable, or Notion) and comfort adapting to new systems.
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach to fast-paced, evolving work.
