This role is crucial for maintaining high client satisfaction by managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing accounts, responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, monitoring account activity, updating records, reporting on account performance, assisting with service agreements, proposals, and client documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and regular follow-ups.
Must have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
Good to have:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Monitor account activity, update records, and report on account performance

  • Assist in preparing service agreements, proposals, and client documentation

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support and regular follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related field
