Job Description

This Customer Support Representative role at Growe involves assisting customers with their issues via chats and tickets, ensuring a positive customer experience, particularly in Spanish. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to enhance customer service, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions. The role also requires adherence to internal procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality support. Excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Must have:
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • Native Spanish speaker
Good to have:
  • Previous customer support experience (considered a plus)
  • Experience handling live chat and email interactions

Job Details

We need your professional experience:
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);

  • Native Spanish speaker;

  • Previous experience with customer support is not mandatory but will be considered a plus;

  • Experience handling live chat and email interactions will be considered an advantage.
