Derivative Planner (2026 Autumn Recruitment)

Job Description

1. Participate in the development proposals for peripheral derivative products, propose product plans that meet user needs, and drive product design and development;

2. Manage the development progress of peripheral projects, liaise with suppliers and collaborating departments, provide real-time feedback, and ensure timely project completion;

3. Collect market data, analyze user consumption demands. Provide evaluation suggestions for future peripheral planning based on product sales data;

4. Write promotional copy for peripheral derivative products based on product characteristics, coordinate internal resources to optimize product promotion effects, and increase sales conversion.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant internship experience is preferred;

2. Keen perception of trends in fashion, cultural and creative products, and trendy toys market, with excellent logical thinking and communication skills;

3. Proficient in marketing copywriting and PPT production, able to skillfully use Excel software for data analysis and project management;

4. Understanding of common derivative product processes and development flows, able to independently complete derivative product planning proposals;

5. Experience in developing derivative products or fan-made products is preferred. (Please upload portfolio if available)
