gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities. As a Digital Marketing Search Specialist (English, French), you will complete extensive training to become an expert in Google’s product suite, develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients' business challenges, drive the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment, and work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions
  • Experience in technology or media sales
  • Digital advertising sales, with an emphasis on search engine marketing
  • Fluent communication in French and English
Good to have:
  • Experience with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising
  • Experience working with product teams on scalable business solutions
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Knowledge of performance ecosystem with a focus on accelerating customer success, business growth, and driving product adoption

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • Experience in technology or media sales, digital advertising sales, with an emphasis on search engine marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
  • Experience with Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of performance ecosystem with a focus on accelerating customer success, business growth, and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities
