As a Driver Strategy Manager,  you'll be at the forefront of shaping our business trajectory by solving complex problems, making decisive moves, and executing strategic steps that will improve our driver-partners (Gojek Driver) overall satisfactions that will increase their stickiness in our platform. You'll balance zooming in on detailed plans with zooming out to ensure alignment with company goals and regional execution. Managing stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, will be crucial to driving scalable solutions through tech improvements. Data will be your ultimate tool for guiding decisions and crafting effective strategies.

What You Will Do

    • Engage in solving complex business problems and making strategic decisions
    • Own the business plans and executions. Make sure it is aligned with company direction and regional implementation.
    • Manage relationships with product and engineering stakeholders to address issues through tech improvements.
    • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
    • Continuously assess and refine strategies to adapt to evolving business needs.

What You WIll Need

    • Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills
    • Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
    • Experience managing relationships with product and engineering teams.
    • Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and strategy. Capability to do simple data crunching is a plus
    • Excellent skills in monitoring and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
    • Ability to adapt and refine strategies in response to changing business needs.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience with stakeholder management and tech-driven solutions.
