We're looking for a Facility Runner to join our busy Glasgow Office at very short notice.

This role is Full-time, Mon to Fri, has shift patterns and is 100% office based
The role will be hired on a 6 month FTC initially, with the option to extend for the right candidates

Job Description:
· Providing front of house receptionist services delivering exceptional customer service.
· Providing a refreshments service to our on-site clients twice daily and on request.
· Providing a lunch service to our on-site clients daily.
· Ensuring all suites and common areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day, and that dishes are always available.
· Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls, responding to general queries from callers/visitors and forwarding to the appropriate person.
· Provision of all incoming/outgoing postal duties which includes arranging couriers and specialist deliveries.
· Manage and order all office stationery, consumables, and kitchen provisions.
· Issue, check and manage all fobs and access codes for staff and clients.
· Act as a liaison between on-site clients and the bookings and management teams.
· Manage the meeting room booking system.
· Fire warden duties.
· Organise booking of taxis, flights and accommodation.
· Assisting Bookings and Management team with day-to-day tasks.
Essential:
· Able to work take ownership of tasks and issues arising
· Customer service experience, ideally on a front desk or another busy environment
· Excellent stakeholder management skills
· Excellent time management and able to oversee multiple tasks at the same time
· A team player with a "can do" attitude
· A passion for TV/Film and/or Video Games
· Ability to work well and keep composure under pressure
Desirable:
· Relevant experience in the creative industries, hospitality or retail
· Barista experience / able to make a decent cup of coffee!
