As Head of Finance, you will be a critical cross-functional leader across finance, planning, and strategy; charged with continuing to build scalable operations and executing strategic financial and growth initiatives to evolve the organization. You will lead a team that is focused on financial planning and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and financial risk management; including specific ownership of revenue optimization, debt, incentives and key spend decisions. You will also be responsible for resource allocation, process improvement, and change management utilizing data and informed capital allocation to steer company initiatives.
Anticipated salary band: $225,000 USD - $275,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
