About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist with a strong background in Oracle HCM and/or other HRIS systems such as Workday, Success Factor etc. in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The ideal candidate will excel in technical expertise, process optimization, stakeholder management, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise in Oracle HCM (preferable) or another HRIS system:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Specialists in other HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) are also welcomed and encouraged to apply

2.  HR Process Optimization:

  • Optimize and automate HR functions using Oracle HCM
  • Design workflows and enhance system functionality to improve HR processes
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline HR operations

3.  Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels, including HR, IT, and executive management
  • Translate technical jargon into business language to ensure clear communication
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities

4.  Certifications and Continuous Learning:

  • Hold relevant Oracle certifications or desire to obtain ones following in-depth training and continuous learning of the system
  • Commit to continuous learning and stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and industry trends
  • Pursue additional certifications and training in other HRIS systems to broaden expertise

5.  Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS
  • Develop and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and compliance

6.  Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems
  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (preferable) or other HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
