Job Description

The Sales Support Coordinator Intern will assist the EMEA Sales Support team in Sofia, Bulgaria for 12 months. Responsibilities include order management for channel partners and distributors, handling sales support cases, creating sales quotes, assisting with order processing, interacting with the sales team, and manual order handling of Milestone products and services. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, collaborating with other departments, and working on a later schedule at month-end. Additional tasks include invoicing and crediting orders. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and strong organizational abilities.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree (Business preferred)
  • Excellent English (oral & written)

  • Able to work independently and in a team
Good to have:
  • Salesforce/Navision/Business Central experience

About the team:

You will be part of the Sales Support EMEA team. The team consists of (7) full time colleagues and (3) part time associates, who work in an informal and friendly international atmosphere.

The team's primarily tasks are assisting in the daily order handling and sales related tasks for all EMEA region, including, but not solely, language support to the (languages) market(s).  This includes direct contact with partners and close co-operation with the global sales team.

We are now looking for an Intern, Sales Support Coordinator to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria for a period of 12 months working full-time (40 h week).

 

What you will be doing most of the time:

  • Provide order management to channel partners and distributors
  • Handle incoming sales support and sales admin cases and provide sales quotes and assist in order handling
  • Interact closely with the local sales team regarding sales initiatives and assist in order handling
  • Manual order handling (all Milestone products and services)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on the support phone line
  • Close cooperation with our APAC and Americas Sales Support, Finance, Legal, BC team and other Milestone functions
  • Work on a later schedule at month end, as needed.
  • Invoicing and crediting of orders and backend

  • A Bachelor´s Degree preferable in Business or equivalent Education
  • Excellent command of English language, both orally, and in writing

Considered an advantage:

  • Experience with Salesforce / Navision / Business Central
  • Experience in a customer support role or equivalent
