Job Description

The International Growth Consultant role at Google involves advising major clients on expanding their international business. Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, creating data-driven recommendations, and developing cross-functional expansion strategies. This role requires creating innovative solutions to identify and scale growth opportunities, providing comprehensive client support throughout their export journey (market identification, in-market expertise, overcoming operational hurdles). Strong teamwork and contributing to a positive team culture are essential. The position is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience presenting technical and financial data
  • 4+ years customer-facing experience
  • Consult Google's largest clients on international growth
  • Create innovative solutions for customer growth
  • Provide end-to-end client support for export journeys
Good to have:
  • 5+ years analyzing industry/market information
  • Experience in strategy creation and execution
  • Understanding of digital marketing products
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
  • 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, product and organizational information to strategies and plans.
  • Experience in strategy creation and leading and delivering strategic initiatives and business goals.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing products and landscape.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region

Responsibilities

  • Consult Google’s largest customers on how to successfully grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy cross-funtionally.
  • Create innovative ideas, approaches and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
  • Provide end-to-end support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market expertise including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g. payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
  • Be a strong team player, contributing to the positive culture of the International Growth Team and positively influencing your own development, and the development of those around you.
