Our client is seeking a dedicated Media Library Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the Library Servicing team, which handles numerous inquiries daily for clips and audio/video assets, as well as ongoing communication for in-progress projects.
This is full-time 12-month + contract opportunity. The role is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
Media Library Associate Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members on incoming and ongoing requests

Self-manage projects, tracking progress and conducting asset research

Solicit necessary clearances and execute asset creation
-
Manage multiple projects at different stages, ensuring a balanced workload
-
Identify and execute project requirements effectively
Media Library Associate Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences

Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with multiple teams on a variety of projects

Reliable and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude, willing to take on new assignments and contribute without being asked
Media Library Associate Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience in asset management or media production

Experience in any type of asset management or library setting

Knowledge of physical asset formats such as film, videotape, disc, etc.

Passion for entertainment, TV, and technology with a deep knowledge of our client's catalog
