The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the People Operations (POps) ecosystem to influence people's priorities and solutions in service of the business, product or market.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence interventions, process and product improvements for better experience.
- Act as a HR advisor, mentor, and partner to Managers, and Leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
- Provide timely and sound HR guidance, managing client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve HR issues, build relationships, and increase Manager, and Leader capability.
- Lead and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals. Set clear expectations based on the level and role aligned to the broader organization's goals and meet with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
