Job Summary
Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator at KRAFTON will manage and operate the entire recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing interview schedules, collecting and communicating interview results, supporting on/offline interview processes, updating job postings, and responding to recruitment inquiries. This role requires experience in tech or game company recruitment, managing at least 50 interview schedules weekly, using major Korean job portals, and excellent communication skills. Additional tasks may be assigned based on agreement with the team. This is a 1-year contract position with no guarantee of conversion to a permanent role.
Must have:
- Tech or game company recruitment experience
- Weekly management of 50+ interview schedules
- Experience with major Korean job portals
- Excellent communication and business manners
- Eligible for international travel
Good to have:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a company with 1000+ employees
- Experience with Greenhouse, Codility, DocuSign
- Proficiency in Slack, Teams, Zoom, Outlook

- 채용문의 응대

- Tech 또는 게임사 채용실무 경험(소서, 리크루터, 코디네이터 무관)
- 주간 50건 이상의 면접일정 수립/조정/안내 경험
- 국내 주요 취업포탈을 활용한 채용 경험
- 내부 직원 및 외부 지원자와의 다양한 소통 경험, 비즈니스 매너 보유
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- Fluent in English
- 1,000명 이상 기업에서의 채용 경험
