This Sales Representative role focuses on driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls and other proactive sales efforts. Responsibilities include conducting outbound sales calls, following up on inbound leads, utilizing provided scripts and adapting sales pitches based on customer needs, maintaining responsiveness, documenting customer interactions in the CRM, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of outbound calling or telesales experience, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

Job Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers through outbound calls and other proactive sales efforts. You will leverage your sales expertise to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the company's AI platform and its benefits.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships to convert them into paying customers.
  • Utilize provided scripts and adapt sales pitches based on customer needs and responses.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring a quick and professional approach to customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the company's CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, specifically in outbound calling or telesales.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and neutral accent.
  • Persistence & Drive: Ability to handle objections, follow up diligently, and close deals effectively.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Work Environment: Must have a quiet, noise-free workspace suitable for making sales calls.
