The Salesforce Technical Architect will ensure architectural alignment of solutions, guide development teams on best practices, and provide technical guidance. Responsibilities include hands-on experience with Force.com technologies like Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations. The role involves assessing design requirements, reviewing specifications, analyzing business processes, and ensuring Salesforce technical design aligns with enterprise architecture and scalability. The architect will also oversee technical delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, develop technical business solutions, and participate in requirement gathering and backlog grooming. They will also conduct product demos, provide technical consultation, validate solution components, identify and resolve technical risks, and drive innovation through reusable components. Proven capability in independently architecting solutions on the Force.com platform with hands-on experience in large implementations is required, along with experience in the Lightning Framework and JavaScript frameworks.

Job requirements
  • Salesforce Technical Architect – Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure architectural alignment of solutions and guide the team on overall design to follow best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Force.com technologies including:
  • Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (VF Pages)
  • Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events)
  • Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Experienced in Salesforce data migrations using native tools like Data Loader and third-party tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft).
  • Assess and develop high-level design requirements and communicate effectively with development teams.
  • Review detailed specifications to ensure alignment with design requirements.
  • Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches using Salesforce enablement.
  • Ensure the Salesforce.com technical design aligns with overall enterprise architecture and scalability standards.
  • Provide technical delivery oversight to the Brillio team and ensure backlog readiness for two upcoming sprints (N-2) based on POD capacity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholder issues and escalations; manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and present technical business solutions, product demos, and presentations.
  • Assist in gathering requirements and grooming the product backlog.
  • Conduct product demos with the development team, validating features against acceptance criteria.
  • Provide technical consultation based on customer business needs and solution requirements.
  • Validate solution components and lead solution walkthroughs with customers.
  • Identify technical risks/issues and propose alternatives for resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of the solution and its components.
  • Drive innovation by creating or identifying reusable components, tools, and accelerators.
  • Promote adoption of accelerators during delivery.
  • Proven capability in independently architecting solutions and designing software on the Force.com platform, with hands-on experience in large implementations.
  • Experience with the Lightning Framework and JavaScript frameworks; strong understanding of software design patterns.
