Mutiny seeks a freelance Senior Analyst with 6+ years of experience in social media analytics within an integrated marketing agency. Responsibilities include leveraging campaign data for actionable insights, analyzing audience selection and media choice impacts on campaign performance, and demonstrating strong social listening skills using various tools. The analyst will package and present analytical findings to clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mainstream social media tracking tools is crucial. The role involves on-site visits to the Hollywood office as needed.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking a freelance Senior Analyst with a strong background in social media analytics.  In this role, you will provide integrated analysis across various measurement frameworks and scorecards. You will package and present analytical findings/ complex campaign performance to clients and internal teams easily and understandably.

IMPORTANT THINGS ABOUT THIS ROLE

- We seek candidates with integrated marketing agency experience and those who have worked in analytics/insights for social media campaigns
- A love of video games, including FPS games, is important in this role
- Candidates living within commutable distance of Hollywood, California, are preferred.  This role will include on-site Hollywood visits as requested.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Leverage campaign data and analytics to glean actionable insights into campaign performance. 
  • Analyze scenarios to assess the impacts of audience selection, media choice, and production choices on campaign performance. 
  • Strong social listening skills: using tools, queries, data cleaning, etc. 
  • Paid/Owned/Earned measurement leverage native tools and 3rd party tracking (Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Site Analytics, Paid Display, Social Listening, etc.)

ABOUT YOU

  • 6+ years experience as an analyst using insights and analytics for social listening and impact tracking
  • MUST have experience in social media campaign analysis within an integrated marketing agency
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and charting
  • Experience in mainstream social media tracking tools important
