Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for building new advertising and gaming app publisher partnerships for adjoe’s programmatic solution. This involves developing a holistic sales strategy, creating quarterly and annual targets for onboarding and retaining new accounts, implementing CRM tools, and representing adjoe Ads at industry events. The role requires a strong understanding of mobile ad tech and app economies, along with excellent communication and networking skills. The candidate will work closely with Marketing to develop a go-to-market strategy focused on growing adjoe Ads’s portfolio of mobile advertisers and gaming app publishers.
Must have:

Meet Your Team: Programmatic Business - adjoe Ads 


Leveraging adjoe’s in depth expertise in driving quality UA for advertisers and delivering incremental monetization revenue to publishers, we are now dedicating our resources to building a comprehensive mobile programmatic platform via adjoe Ads in-app bidding solution. 


In 2024, global programmatic ad spend reached an estimated $595 billion with spending set to approach $800 billion by 2028. adjoe Ads Business Team is excited to be on the forefront of slicing a big piece of this ad spend pie and helping out our customers and Product Team tackling day to day challenges with improving our performance in the programmatic space. 


You will be working on growing the adoption of adjoe Ads solutions for advertisers - offering them a chance to expand their marketing channels by using adjoe’s cutting edge programmatic UA campaigns. 


What You Will Do:
  • Focus on building new advertising and gaming app publisher partnerships for adjoe’s programmatic solution - adjoe Ads.
  • Develop a holistic sales strategy and create quarterly and annual targets for onboarding and retaining new publisher and advertising accounts.
  • Establish a system of success by developing, managing, and nurturing your sales pipeline.
  • Successfully implement our CRM tool into your day to day task to effectively track and report progress on your accounts and prospects.
  • Represent adjoe Ads as a speaker and attendee at adtech industry events and conferences.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop a go-to-market strategy with the focus on growing adjoe Ads’s portfolio of mobile advertisers and gaming app publishers.


Who You Are:
  • You have 4+ years’ experience selling technology solutions to business with a proven track record, preferably in mobile ad tech / SDK sales.
  • You are a confident networker with superior communication skills.
  • You have a strong revenue- and growth-oriented mindset.
  • You lead by example and are a great teacher who can transfer their sales knowledge to other team members.
  • You always challenge the status quo and are an out-of-the-box thinker. 
  • You are a proficient and passionate public speaker.
  • You have experience developing a holistic sales strategy to reach clients at every stage of the buyer’s journey.
