As a Senior Field Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customer quality support to customers located in SAPAC. You will collaborate with the global FQE team on the use and development of the FFV tool. You will act as a technical leader, supporting regular customer review meetings. You will have full ownership of assigned customers to achieve FQE-specific targets, advocate for customer quality, and drive a positive customer perception of NXP's Quality. You will also execute the CQC reduction plan for assigned customers.
