We are seeking a Senior LiveOps Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex initiatives with significant interdependencies and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mobile and console games, supporting live services. You will own and champion the team's vision, manage stakeholders, design and oversee community events, prioritize user and technical requirements for engineering teams, and maintain project documentation. Responsibilities also include organizing meetings, defining agendas, and following up on action items to ensure project success.

  • Managed projects on JIRA
  • Effective communication & multitasking
  • Live service title experience
  • Mobile game experience
Good to have:
  • AR/VR project experience
  • Analytics and BI board experience

Role

We are looking for a Senior LiveOps Producer to join our team. As a senior producer, you will be accountable to deliver some of our most complex initiatives involving significant interdependencies between teams, highly technical requirements and not previously solved design challenges. Candidates with proven track records of working with mobile, and console games; and supporting live services games will excel in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision of the team and become a champion for it across the company and for new members of your team.
  • Manage stakeholders to align them with the vision
  • Design and oversee events for the community across different platforms.
  • Work with teams across the company to understand priorities and assist with scheduling this work and execute according to the project plan.
  • Prioritize, communicate user and technical product requirements to various engineering teams and make them accountable to deliver to your team what they need to succeed.
  • Maintain project documentation that allows for quick and efficient understanding of resource capacity and project status.
  • Organize any necessary meetings, define agendas, send out meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Requirements

  • Experience in working in Video Game companies using scrum methodology.
  • Conceptualized and shipped market products that customers loved.
  • Managed and tracked projects on JIRA or similar tools. From an idea to product delivery and support.
  • Highly effective communication and multi-tasking skills, organizational agility, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in AR/VR projects is a plus.
  • Experience working with a Live Service titles
  • Experience working on Mobile games
  • Experience with analytics and BI boards is a plus.
  • Ability to onboard and work remotely.
