Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test various components of Wi-Fi MAC/PHY simulator that can be used for algorithm research and development, fixed point implementation and testing.
• Design, develop and test high level protocol scenarios that exposes worst case processing requirements.
• Design, develop and test channel models, impairments, and transceiver models.
• Support ASIC DV teams with test vector generation and integrate the simulator with DV environment.
• Develop and maintain Gitlab based CI/CD environment for regression testing, best practices for coding etc.

Qualifications:

1. Expert knowledge in Wi-Fi and or Bluetooth standards.
2. Hands on, strong experience in C/C++, Linux based development environment.
3. Strong C/C++ debugging skills.
4. Familiarity with fixed point C implementation.

Education & Experience:

• BSEE with 5+ years
• MSEE with 3+ years
