Social Media Specialist - Contractor

This contract position for a Social Media Specialist in Kuala Lumpur requires a minimum of one year of experience in social media operations, with a focus on TikTok and Facebook. Responsibilities include creating and executing high-quality social media content, managing daily operations (content, posting calendars, and comments), collaborating with cross-functional teams, promoting official content, supporting creative development and providing analytics, adapting content for local communities in SMP regions, tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data insights. The role also involves supporting game operation projects, such as payment tests and localization. Proficiency in English and Malay (native speaker) is critical, along with strong data analysis skills and a passion for gaming within the SMP region (Malaysia and Philippines). Daily TikTok usage and understanding of user behavior are essential. The candidate must be legally authorized to work full-time in Malaysia.
