Impact

As a Senior Manager Finance - Planning at Shipt, you will be responsible for developing and modeling enterprise financial projections and will support core financial routines, including both short and long term planning. You will work across functions and teams to drive total company financial modeling and support core financial planning processes within the Finance organization at Shipt. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Planning and Finance Capabilities.

This role will be seated in our Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham, AL office.

• You bring a macro perspective to support core financial routines, including the Long-Range Plan, Goal, Forecast, and In-Quarter Assessment processes.  Continuous improvement minsent to maintain, evolve, and develop total company financial models in support of these routines.

• You enjoy collaborating across Finance to lead planning processes and understand and influence analysis and projections from respective business-facing FP&A teams.  Understand how these forecasts how they impact total company financial projections

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or related fields

• MBA (preferred) with strong academic performance and/or equivalent experience

• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences

• Experience with enterprise financial planning is preferred

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader.  Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Pay Range:

$88,000-$176,000

All other locations:

$73,000-$147,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
